Welcome to Abe's Barbershop. By using our website and booking services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making an appointment.

Appointment Booking

  • Appointments are confirmed automatically upon booking. You will receive an SMS confirmation immediately after booking.
  • Appointment times are subject to availability. We reserve the right to reschedule or decline a booking if necessary.
  • Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled at the barber's discretion.
  • You must provide accurate contact information (name, phone number, email) when booking so we can reach you regarding your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your appointment free of charge up until 1 hour before the scheduled start time, either through the "manage appointment" link included in your confirmation and reminder texts, or by calling the shop.
  • Cancellations made less than 1 hour before the scheduled start time are considered late cancellations and are subject to a $26.06 fee, charged to the payment card saved at booking.
  • Abe's Barbershop reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances (illness, emergencies, etc.). You will be notified promptly if this occurs, and no fee applies.

No-Show Policy

A "no-show" occurs when you fail to arrive for a confirmed appointment without prior notice. No-shows affect our barbers' schedules and other customers waiting for availability.

  • No-shows are subject to a $26.06 fee, charged to the payment card saved at booking.
  • Repeated no-shows may result in restricted ability to book online.

Payments

  • A valid payment card is required to book an appointment online. Your card is saved securely by our payment processor, Stripe, and is not charged when you book.
  • By booking online, you authorize Abe's Barbershop to charge the saved card the fee described in the Cancellation and No-Show policies above if you cancel late or fail to arrive. The card is not charged for any other purpose.
  • Payment for services is due at the time of your appointment. We accept cash, credit, and debit cards.
  • Services and pricing displayed on our website are subject to change without notice. The price shown at the time of booking is the price for that appointment.
  • Additional services requested during your appointment may incur additional charges.

SMS Communications

By booking an appointment, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages related to your appointment, including confirmations, reminders, and status updates.

  • Message frequency: approximately 2–5 messages per booking.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS notifications for future bookings.

Website Usage

  • This website is provided for the purpose of booking appointments and viewing information about Abe's Barbershop.
  • You agree not to misuse the booking system, including making fraudulent bookings or using automated tools to reserve appointments.
  • All content on this website (text, images, design) is the property of Abe's Barbershop and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Abe's Barbershop provides its services on an "as is" basis. While we strive to deliver an excellent experience, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability to you for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website and services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
